Pop-up Scenery Card

Here are some pop-up cards Rachel made with the farm scenery fabric as well.

In addition to the farm scenery fabric, she also used this geranium fabric.

We are offering another class on Paper Crafts for Gift Giving.

Farm Scenery Cards

Here are a few cards Rachel made with some farm scenery fabric.  

 These are the fabrics that we used for these cards.

We had a cancellation for the Quilting With Paper Class this Friday, March 10, at 9:30 a.m.

Zippered Bag Class

Sylvia Field is teaching a Zippered Bag Class on Wednesday, March 15th from 9:30-noon.

Bring your sewing machine and zipper foot and learn to make a simple bag using the beautiful rose fabric (shown below) along with cards to coordinate. All the supplies will be included to make the bag below & 4 cards to fit inside. 

The cost for the class is $32. There are 4 spaces available so give us a call or email us to save your spot!

Easter Cards

It's been a few weeks since we've shown anything on here due to Cheryl and I's schedules lately. So here's a few Easter cards to inspire your creativity today.

Here'a cutesy Easter card.

Notice the Tree Lawn Fawn die that was cut out of wood paper, before we had always used a solid piece which gives it a little different look. You can look back at the post from November 9th to see how it was used there.

Paper Crafts for Gift-Giving

Here is a sneak preview of the Paper Crafts for Gift-Giving Class coming up on February 18.

These are candle box holders that we will be making and the paper that we used to embellish them.

We will also be making four cards and a basket to hold them.

We will be making a favor as well.

We still have 3 spots available for this class.  It is scheduled for Saturday, February 18.

February Club Cards

Good afternoon!

Yesterday was club at the store. Cindy Kady was the hostess this month and the Valentine's card she created is below:

Rachel did this 5 x 7 card using the new Wedding Ring quilt die from Purple Daisy Designs. Rachel's been making GORGEOUS cards with the wide selection of quilt dies we have available! 

This card was not made for club but is a smaller version of the above card. It's also made using the Wedding Ring quilt die and "Pretty as a Pansy" fabrics. As you can see, the Wedding Ring die fits perfectly over the front of an A2 card without going over the edges! 

The Wedding Ring quilt die looks like this:

And here are the 5 coordinating bolts in the "Pretty as a Pansy" line:

Just for your info, we now have printed directions for the phone wallet we pictured here back in December.
