Fabric Club and Class

Today we had our fabric club.  Janet was our hostess,
and this is the card she made to have our club ladies make.

(inside of card)

She used these dies to create this card,

and this fabric to embellish the card.

Rachel made this wintry card for the club ladies to make, too.

(inside of card)

It is a 3-D card.  It is hard to capture on the picture, but the oval is a window opening.
This card was created with these fabrics.

Fall has arrived in this corner of the world!
Yay for cooler temperatures and less humidity!

Post Shop Hop

The annual Buggies-and-Buds Shop Hop is now over.
Thank you to all of you who stopped by to see us!
You kept us hopping! 😊

For those of you who did not participate in Shop Hop
we always have a Make-&-Take for the participants of Shop Hop.

This was our Make-&-Take this year.

It is a little gift holder for a gift card or stamps, or even a tea bag.

We're sorry - we sold out of the candy cane fabric, but here is the holly fabric that we used.

Here are some other gift holders made the same way but with different paper and fabric.

See how stamps or a tea bag fit in as well.

Here are the fabrics that we used for these holders.

We also used stamps from these sets.

For all of you who were looking for accessories for your GoPress Foil Machines,
we are so sorry!  We had placed an order for items awhile ago,
and they were back-ordered
These items have finally come in; so, here is a peak of what we got.

We even got some dies in that you can foil and cut with the same die!

Happy crafting!

Christmas Cards

I'm sure a lot of you are either working or your Christmas cards
or have them already made.
Rachel made this cute Christmas card.

(inside of card)

This card was created from this fabric.

This is another coordinating fabric in that same line.

Here is another card that Rachel made.

(inside of card)

This card came from these fabrics.

This panel also coordinates with those fabrics.

It would look great on a gift bag to match your card.

We are VERY busy with Shop Hop!
I've decided the name was coined because you SHOP and we HOP!
(It actually means you shop at one place and then hop the next.)
But it has been fun helping you ladies that have stopped by to shop!
If you haven't been here lately, be sure to come in to see what all is happening!

Canadian Geese

Here is a card I made from some new fabric here at the Farmhouse.
It was the simplest card I ever made!

It comes from this panel of fabric.

You can get a lot of cards from this panel.  I made my cards a 5 x 7 size.

They make great masculine birthday cards or sympathy cards.

Last week we featured some of our challenge cards from club.
I showed a card with snowmen on it made by Dora.
She also made these cards from the same fabric.

Here are some cards made by Linda.

She created these cards from this fabric.

Lucinda made this card.

She used this fabric to embellish her card.

The Buggies and Buds Shop Hop starts one week from today!
We are busy in the Farmhouse preparing for the event!
Our Make & Take kits are ready to go!  We are excited to show them to you.
Stay tuned!

Stamping with Shirley

Here is a sneak peak of some cards we will be making
in our next class here at the Farmhouse.

In our Stamping With Shirley class, learn to use Penny Black Cling Stamps
and distress inks, and a stamp press, to achieve the look
of a watercolor painting on a winter card.  You will make and take 2 cards.

This class is scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 9:30am - 11:30am.
Give us a call if you are interested in joining us for this class!

Last week we showed you some cards from our Challenge.
This is where our fabric club members take some of our new Christmas
fabric and make a card for Rachel to display at the Farmhouse.

Here are some more of those cards.
This card was made by Dora.

She used this fabric to create her card.

Pat made these cards.

Her cards came from this fabric.

We are very water-logged here in Paradise.
We hope you are staying dry where you are at!
