Canadian Geese

Here is a card I made from some new fabric here at the Farmhouse.
It was the simplest card I ever made!

It comes from this panel of fabric.

You can get a lot of cards from this panel.  I made my cards a 5 x 7 size.

They make great masculine birthday cards or sympathy cards.

Last week we featured some of our challenge cards from club.
I showed a card with snowmen on it made by Dora.
She also made these cards from the same fabric.

Here are some cards made by Linda.

She created these cards from this fabric.

Lucinda made this card.

She used this fabric to embellish her card.

The Buggies and Buds Shop Hop starts one week from today!
We are busy in the Farmhouse preparing for the event!
Our Make & Take kits are ready to go!  We are excited to show them to you.
Stay tuned!

Stamping with Shirley

Here is a sneak peak of some cards we will be making
in our next class here at the Farmhouse.

In our Stamping With Shirley class, learn to use Penny Black Cling Stamps
and distress inks, and a stamp press, to achieve the look
of a watercolor painting on a winter card.  You will make and take 2 cards.

This class is scheduled for Wednesday, October 31, 9:30am - 11:30am.
Give us a call if you are interested in joining us for this class!

Last week we showed you some cards from our Challenge.
This is where our fabric club members take some of our new Christmas
fabric and make a card for Rachel to display at the Farmhouse.

Here are some more of those cards.
This card was made by Dora.

She used this fabric to create her card.

Pat made these cards.

Her cards came from this fabric.

We are very water-logged here in Paradise.
We hope you are staying dry where you are at!

Club Challenge

Today we had our Card-Making With Fabric Club gathering.
This is the month where we do what we call "a challenge".
Each of the club members takes a fat quarter of new Christmas fabric
and creates a card with it to give to Rachel to display in the Farmhouse.

Today, we will feature several of the cards and fabrics that were used.

These cards were designed by Cheryl (not me - another Cheryl) 😊.

She used fabric from these three pieces to create her cards.

Tricia created these cards for us.

She used a fabric called "Suzy's Zoo" to create her cards.

It's very warm here in Paradise today!
We hope you are staying cool where you are at!
