Stenciling

We have some new (for us) items in the Farmhouse.

We have stencils that can be used with Nuvo Glimmer Paste.

Rachel made this card using the items shown above.

She laid the stencil on her paper and then, using the spatula, 

 wiped the paste over top of the stencil pushing it into the holes.  

She then scraped the excess paste off of the stencil.

The fabrics came from the Smooth Sailing line.

This one is a 2/3 yard panel.

This quilt that Rachel made features fabrics from the same line ...

as well as these mug mats.

Rachel made these favors for a class that we had here at the Farmhouse today.

They were created using this fabric.

She also made this cute card using the same fabric.

Don't forget that we are CLOSED this Friday and Saturday for the holiday weekend.

We will be OPEN on Monday, Labor Day.

Reindeer

Since we didn't show you any card samples this week,

I know it's still summer, but look at these cute reindeer.

Rachel created these cards with this fabric.

It's kind of hard to see, but she used stickles on the trees to add glitter to the snow.

It brings the snow to life on the cards.

Today was our monthly Card-Making With Fabric Club meeting.

Burnsie was our hostess, and she designed this pretty card for the ladies to make.
