Quilling Class

Have you ever thought of trying quilling?
We have added a class this fall called
Beginner Quilling.

In this class, you will learn the basic art of quilling
and will make a quilled card and a gift item.
This class is scheduled for
Saturday, November 5th, at 9:30 am.
Call us if you are interested in participating.

Tall Firs, Poinsettias & Taylored Expressions

Rachel created these cards using the Tall Fir die from Memory Box.

Too Large for Cards

We have a class coming on November 9th
called Card-Making Outside the Box.
In this class, participants will be making
two cards from fabric that looks too big for cards.
Here are samples of one card that will be made.

They are 5x7-sized cards.

(insides of cards)

Rachel used images from this panel of fabric for the cards.

The other card will come from this fabric.

This class is scheduled for Wednesday, November 9th, at 9:30 am.
Give us a call if you are interested in participating.

October Club & Stitching

Whew!  Shop Hop is finished for this year!
Here are the Make-N-Takes that we offered for sale this year.

They are little covered tablets to give as a gift to someone.
We made 732 kits!

Since Shop Hop was last week,
today was our monthly club meeting.
Rachel created this card for the ladies to make.

(inside of card)

The snowflakes came from a die.
She used sentiments from this stamp set
and also used this frame die set.

The images came from this fabric.

We're collecting more stitching dies,
and we wanted to show two of them to you.

The background die (shown above)
creates backgrounds like this one when stitched.

Here is another beautiful background die.

It creates this beautiful background when stitched.

Happy Fall!

Red, Black & Cardinals

We're sorry it's been so long since you've heard from us!
We've been hopping with Shop Hop!
But I'm eager to show you some beautiful cards
that Rachel has created!

(inside of card)

Don't forget to use those edge images that aren't complete!
No one knows the difference when you place it on the edge of your card!
The JOY on the front of the card comes from a die.

Here's more ...

(inside of card)

She used this fabric on her cards.

We're almost out of that fabric and the red wood fabric,
but we still have the farm fabric.

#625

This fabric was not used on the card,
but it coordinates with the above fabric.

#624

She used these sentiments on the cards.
