v  Magical Window Stars Class taught by Misty Wagner
Create two beautiful window stars using transparent waxed paper.  We'll fold these special papers, overlay and glue them to create different patterns.  First we'll make a basic 8-pointed star, and then move on to begin creating a more complex 16-pointed star.  If you place your star in a sunny window, the special waxed paper has a stained glass effect that's quite pretty.  The stars look lovely on windows all year round...either in groups or by themselves.

v Card Creator Class taught by Rachel Stoltzfus

Wednesday, April 17 – 9:30AM - 11:30AM   Cost: $20.00 per person

*Remember that spaces for the classes are limited, so please call as soon as possible to sign up.  Your space is reserved when your payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel a class in which case we would issue store credit.

This week on Wednesday, the Cardmaking with Fabric Club met in our upstairs room and we had a Christmas Party. We ate food and had a card/favor exchange.

In the end each lady ended up with these cards and favors.

Here is some new fabric we just got in.
Ruth Davies made the cards below made with this fabric.

The scalloped is from this Spellbinders Die A2 Polka Dots which coordinates with the new Card Creator dies.

 Hello to All!
First of all, I apologize for not updating the blog last week. We were having technical difficulties with the computer and I was not able to upload pictures to the blog. Thankfully everything is now working okay and I am able to show you the photos I wanted to show you last week.

Last week on Wednesday, we had a Cardmaking with Fabric Class. Here is a photo of the ladies from the class with their two cards that they made.

Here is a closer up look at the first card.

That card was made with this fabric.

And each of the ladies received this favor item which was also made out of the above fabric.

Here is a look at the second card from the class.
That card was made with this fabric.

Our Christmas Sale is happening this week so this would be a great week to stop by and see all the new stuff! :) I hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving.
